Custom Tartan Watches require 3-5 weeks for crafting with authentic Scottish mill tartans, plus an additional 2-3 days for engraving.
All orders come with full tracking and our 2-year Highland warranty.
Returns are accepted within 28 days with proof of purchase, though personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

Approximately 3-5 weeks after placing your order, we will dispatch your Custom Tartan item. This is due to the time taken to source your woven tartan from the Scottish mills and weavers.

All of our tartan comes from Scotland. We get all of our tartans directly from Scottish mills and ancient weavers of tartan that have manufactured tartans in Scotland for many years.
Yes, we can use any tartan for the strap as long as it is available and manufactured for public use within Scotland. We will always do our best to find your tartan.

Yes all straps are adjustable, even our stainless steel straps can be adjusted at home to fit your wrist size.
Absolutely! Add leather imprint to your strap (up to 9 characters), or choose your clan's specific tartan pattern.

We offer 28-day returns on all standard items. Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you and aren't eligible for returns.
