I just returned from my first trip to Edinburgh. I had been looking at MacKinnon watch straps before the trip, but after returning I knew I definitely wanted one. This the highest quality watch band I’ve seen for the Apple Watch. Pictures do not do it justice, it is a true work of art. If you’ve been thinking about getting one, stop thinking and buy it, you won’t regret it. I plan to buy more from MacKinnon in the future.
Picked this up for the Tartan Army feels and it's exceeded expectations tbh. Blue dial is proper sharp. Feels solid on the wrist. Get compliments every time I wear it out. Perfect for match days but honestly good enough to wear anywhere. Buzzing with this one lads

Got my Harris Tweed watch to match my Harris Tweed waistcoat. I sent them a Tweed sample and they made it into a Harris Tweed wristband to match waistcoat. I wear it as a Tour Guide with the cruise ships that come to Stornoway. Loads of positive comments and people asking “were did you get that”. I love it. Moran taing.

Love my Young tartan Apple Watchband! Very well made and it looks so elegant! The beautiful leather back makes the band nice and sturdy as well. Only have had it a day and loads of compliments already!

I just received my watch band, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the tartan design adds such a classy, unique touch to my Apple Watch. It snapped into place perfectly and feels great on the wrist. I did spend a little time fidgeting with the magnet on one of the sides, but once I got it, everything clicked into place securely. It’s honestly such a minor thing and didn’t take away from the experience at all. I’ve attached a photo I took after unboxing. Safe to say, I’ll be ordering another one soon!

I loved my first tweed Apple Watch strap from MacKinnon watches with the great contrast of modern and traditional design. So I reached out to them for a custom pink color for Spring and Summer. They quickly sourced the tweed and offered further customization by engraving the leather on the inside of the strap with the number of the USS Nautilus, the submarine my father served on during its historic trip to the North Pole. That level of customer service and customization is to be applauded and has made me a loyal customer.

Last night when I’ve got home I’ve received your parcel with the watch. I LOVE small businesses because of the attention to detail!! How you prepared it to be deliver, the wee (not so wee 😂) card telling about yourself, the wee tartan bow (which happens I LOVE tartan bows!) and of course the watch itself made the whole experience of opening it a very pleasant one! Now the watch.. I can’t describe how much I like it. It’s simply PERFECT as my work watch! I love watches and this one is simple and ultra stylish. The tweed strap is simply out this world. The watch it's self was fantastic but at the price it should have had a certificate of Prof 1of 700 anything I've bought that's limited edition it always had a certificate with it what's to say you sell more we don't know that then it's not limited edition we only have your word for that so for me that's what let's it down I thought when I bought it I would get a certificate but not to be very poor
The watch looks very nice. The leather band is super hard and does not shape well to your wrist. Also not knowing that I had to pay over $ 50 dollars in duty and taxes was not appreciated when I did not know it was coming. I do like the watch so I will keep it, but there was some decision to be made. Let people know what to expect please.
