1. Choose your Watch Size
Watch size refers to the diameter of the case as shown above. Both 36mm and 40mm are unisex designs - choose 40mm if you prefer a bolder, more prominent look on your wrist.
2. Choose your Case Colour
The case colour defines the metal finish of your watch's frame and crown. Choose a colour to perfectly complement your chosen tartan pattern and personal style.
3. Add custom engraving
Personalise the back of your watch case with custom engraving. Add names, dates, or meaningful messages to create a unique heirloom piece.
4. Add Leather Imprint
Make your leather strap uniquely yours with custom imprinting. Include your surname, initials, or clan name for a distinctive finishing touch that's unmistakably you.

Lead Times & Shipping
Each watch is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks before dispatch. On rare occasions, production delays at weaving mills may extend this timeframe. If you need your watch sooner, choose the Fast Track option for priority crafting in 1–2 weeks (delivery times vary by country).

Returns are accepted within 28 days with proof of purchase, though personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

Approximately 3-5 weeks after placing your order, we will dispatch your Custom Tartan item. This is due to the time taken to source your woven tartan from the Scottish mills and weavers.

All of our tartan comes from Scotland. We get all of our tartans directly from Scottish mills and ancient weavers of tartan that have manufactured tartans in Scotland for many years.
Yes, we can use any tartan for the strap as long as it is available and manufactured for public use within Scotland. We will always do our best to find your tartan.
Absolutely! Send us your tartan choice and we'll show you examples of previous watches with similar patterns.
Yes all straps are adjustable, even our stainless steel straps can be adjusted at home to fit your wrist size.
Absolutely! Add engraving (up to 20 characters) to your watch back, leather imprint to your strap (up to 9 characters), or choose your clan's specific tartan pattern.
Many people choose to have a date for an anniversary, wedding or birthday. You can also choose a short phrase if it fits into the 20-character text box.
Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covering mechanical defects. We stand behind our Highland craftsmanship.
We offer 28-day returns on all standard items. Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you and aren't eligible for returns.
